My new (old) column needs hazzards

Any know how to hook up hazzards. The new wiring kit has the 1-brown wire labeled Hazzard and it's supposed to go to the column hazzard switch. If I hook it up to a switch, where does the other wire come from? Will it effect how the other flashers work not going through the column?

THanks everyone

The other wire is to be hooked up to a full time hot wire.

My new (old) column needs hazzards

Thank you very much Bob! I need all the help I can get.
One more question.....
I have an after market Neutral safety switch that attaches to the transmission. The purple wire from the harness goes to one post but what do I hook to the other side of switch? Does a wire go to the coil or ignition switch?

Thanks,

James
