has anyone dealt with "mid-fifty" for patch panels on the cab. i'm looking to buy from them but i want to make sure they are quality replacements and will fit well. Thanks
-Josh
I bought all four cab corners... inner and outer door panels from Mid-50 and they fit with very little 'adjustment'.. all good quality heavy duty panels.. Mid-50 is a very easy company to do business with with a good return policy if you need... you won't be sorry doing business with them..
Thanks for the input John, looks like i'll be going with that company for my panels. i checked out your update on the mustang tank install article. I ordered my '70 mustang 22 gallon tank a couple weeks ago, it's going in a 56 f-250. I'll get some dimensions of the tank size once it comes in, as i saw you were looking for the actual size...
thanks again, Josh
I bought front cab corners from mid fifty and I did not think they fit well at all.The edge next to the door is very rounded not sharp like original. There is annother post on this subject at the bottom of page 2 or may be on page 3 by now.I will have to say though that mid fifty is a very good company I buy all my 53/56 parts from them.I have had this problem with other patches for other vehicles as well.
please get back to me on the 22 gallon tank... I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to the larger tank... a 460 will probably cave the 16 gallon in like a soda can in about 20 miles..
