We 're getting so much snow this year I was thinking of adding a light duty plow to my 07 Outlaw 350. I am concerned that with the stock suspension on the s/d might not handle the weight of a plow, there appears to be approx. 1.5 inchs between the rubber block and the frame now, would it bottom out when I'am driving around with the plow on?
Thanks in advance

Beware that if your truck does not have the snow plow prep package that Ford may void your warranty..
Now I can say, just change the springs to the heavier ones and you should be fine.. I put a plow on my 99 CC that Ford said I couldn't without voiding the warranty.. I added a leaf spring and never had a problem with the warranty being voided..
It probably will bottom out if you don't beef up the springs..
An F350 should be able to handle any plow up to 750-800 lbs. whether it has the plow prep package or not. Just don't get a plow that is too light duty for that size truck or you will risk damage to the plow. Go to any plow manuf. website and plug your trucks specifications into their "plow match" program. It will list all of the plows suited for your truck and required ballast (very important). I am partial to Fisher and Snoway plows, but you have plenty of other good options too. Good luck
