newbie
new here. hi. just bought a '95 f250 7.3 w/auto tranny. tranny just went and want to know of a reputable tranny repair business. have heard horror stories of two and three rebuilds within short period of time. am interested in only rebuilding it once.

Hi there Arod. Welcome to FTE! Not sure where you are located but it is always best to just go through the yellow pages and have it done locally. That way if you experience problems it can be resolved quickly.

There are several forums that can help you out with a rebuild. The Clutch,Transmission, Differential, Axle and Transfer Case forum may be at the top of your list. There are also forums for your year of truck and the fuel it uses. You will want to post in those forums to find answers to your question since this forum is for introductions.
