Trouble with idle (surging)
Im having a problem with my winter truck. Its a 99 F-150 V6. Its idling very funny. Its stays at about a line lower than 1000 rpm(normal) then every 3 seconds the idle drops to about 4 lines lower than the 1000 rpm mark then back to its regular position!!
What can this be? I tried cleaning the IAC but it still does it. Could it be the MAF or the TPS?
Thanks.

Try cleaning the MAF and check the PCV hose elbows for a vacuum leak. Has it had plugs and wires lately?
No, I dont think the plugs were changed. I just bought the truck 1 month ago. I did change the alternator and drive pully (I think its called!) because they were making noise.
Were is the PCV located on these trucks.
Thanks again for the help.
