Also how tight do you make the nut on the transfercase? i gues it is a 1 5/16 i found out after buying a bunch of sockets (they get expensive) i bought 6 sockets so i figured i would get the right size.

I have never used a torque specification for yokes on a 205 t-case or a dana axle, because the bearings are shimmed instead of using a crush sleeve, i just tighten them down with the 1/2" impact regulated at about 110 psi I think, not over tightening them, but tight

you are welcome, and another thing, while you are into it, the u-bolts on the u-joints, they should not be overtightened, just snug them so the lock washer (yes, make sure you use the lock washers) flattens out, too tight and it will cause u-joint problems good luck with it all
