Over drive button...............
02 F-350 7.3 with a automatic trans.
The overdrive button light on the end of the gearshift keeps flashing "off".
Cant get the light to go out like its supposed to.
Ideas?
Is it just the light or is it a sign something wrong with the overdrive?

It's a sign that something is wrong with the transmission and that a code telling what's wrong is stored in the PCM. You'll need an OBDII scan tool with Ford specific software to read the code. Places that will read the code free usually can't read a Ford trans code.
Without the code all you can do is drive it until you need a new trans.
