48-52 vs 53-56
Ok....does anyone know the dimensions of a basic 53-56? Box included. Just wondering how much bigger it is then my 48..width and length. Regular bed as well....jim

here is some info:
overall length 189.1
wheelbase 110
load length 77.9
load width 49.0
overall width 75.7
overall height 75.5
track 60.0
this is for a 55 F100
the same for a 51 F1 is:
loa 189.09
width 75.94
height 75.64
load length 78.06
load width 49.0
wb 114
track 60.0
there are some other dimensions listed, these are from Paul Mclaughlins Ford Pickup Trucks 1948-56 book.

Thanks Nick....that will do. Was looking at getting a 53-56 and was just curious. I already have a 48 and a 67. I need that 50 decade now. Jim
