cd changer control function?

I have a 2001 F150 with a factory am/fm/cd player. Does anyone know if this model stereo has cd changer control functions?

Welcome to the forum.

No, it does not. The AM/FM/Cassette deck does.

I had a single cd in my 01. I took it out and was surprised to find that it had the plug on back for the cd changer. I connected a Ford CD changer to it and it worked great. All I had to do to access the changer was to hit the CD button twice.

At a place called H&H radio in San Antonio. They are the shop that the Ford dealers use here.
