Truck value
Hello , I have a 1997 F-150XL 4.2 liter, 5 speed. The truck is in excellent condition in and out. It has 154,834 kms on it well maintained. I have it in my local papers for sale at $ 7000.00 with very few calls. I have pictures in the ads also. Maybe I have it over priced but comparing prices it seems about right. This truck is basic with few options.Also is in Canada. Any ideas on the selling prices of trucks of this vintage?

Everyone will have thier idea on the value. You really will just have to compare it with other local sales.
I bought my 2001 in April, V6, automatic, new 17 inch tires and chrome wheels, chrome tool box, handrails and running boards, cd player, Sport Truck, twin 10 subwoofer unit, chrome brush guard, mint condition inside and out with 47K miles for 7800.00 US.
So you really cant go by what others have paid and think it is worth. You can call your local bank and ask them what the current loan value is on it and go from there.

Who knows maybe just try and to be patient sometimes it just takes that are you open to offers should put obo in the ad too i think 7000 sounds good but seriously it all depends on condition like if it was taken care of, maintained driven hard etc good luck
