im new here and didnt know where to post this, i just bought a 72 chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 that i have been converting into a crewcab with a 5 foot bed. and i was going to use a built 454 in it, but decided on a 7.3 powerstroke. i came across a wrecked 97 and bought it and just got the motor out and sitting in the chevy frame today. it is a 97 f350 4x4 with a auto and a manual t-case, and im just wanting to know if anybody has info or knows how i could find out what part of the electrical system i need to keep for this swap, and what can be eliminated.
it does fit in the frame ok and mount wont be to hard on the engine and t-case, just need to swap the 350 axle in so my front driveline lines up with my axle.
