Seat Handle

I'm hacing trouble finding the part number for the plastic handle that releases the second row passenger seat to allow it to tilt forward.
Anyone have this?

weedhopper.....you're talking about the second row captain's chair I take it???? If so, it's off to the junkyard for you....I checked with Ford here in Houston, and that handle (or the whole assembly) is not available anymore.....

seat handle and air bag light

yep thats the one, hmm wonder if they will sell the just the handle

or if its gonna be a whole seat?

which reminds me the only problem I've seen on this machine is the airbag light
flashes 2 times then pause, it continues this cycle as long as the switch is on.

sorry bought the questions, i've been stuck in chevy hell for 3 years.

The flashing airbag light is a fault code, someone here will probably get back to you soone with an interpretation.

Any idea what a code 32 airbag is, 93 model xlt

32 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance or Open
probably failed clockspring spiral wound circuit assembly under steering wheel....

does cruise and horn work....these also pass thru same unit

several FTE Ford dealer site sponsors carry in stock and discount the price from normal full Ford retail....
see Ford Service cd, Chiltons or Haynes for proper SAFE replacement method

Cruise and Horn work fine
can the clock spring fail or is it something that may just need to be cleaned

clockspring failure is common in Aero's especially in urban driving

extensive troubleshooting is covered in Service cd....but most of it involves accessing clockspring so may as well just order replacement and put in instead of taking apart twice
