How To Get Key Pad Combination

I have a 2004 F250 FX4 and I need to get my combination for lock door key pad. How do I get the combination or reset it to put my own combination in? I have all the owners manuals and booklets that came with truck but I never used it and can't find the combination. Does anyone now how to get this? I just use the remote to lock and unlock but started thinking about getting somewhere and battery dieing or remote miss up could not open doors when alarm is set.

Pn mine in the bag containing the manuels. There is a card with a 5 digit #. This is the factory set code. Then in the manuel find where you reset keyless entry.

stick your head under the dash. look up the firewall just to the right of the gas pedal.and up a little. behind the heater box.you will see the control modual. the number is on the case

If the above suggestions don't work: I bought my 05 F350 PSD used with 13,800 miles(bank repo). No manuals or codes came with it. Took it to the dealer for the 15K service and asked them for the keypad code and they retrieved it from the computer for me. Good luck.

you do realize that the alarm wont be disarmed by using the key pad, right?

Unless he or the dealer had a Ford security system installed, disarming anything is not going to be a problem. Super Duty's have never come from the factory with security systems. All Ford gave us to secure our trucks are windows, doorlocks, and an ignition key (non-PATS no less).

Although, I hear the '08's will come with PATS (Don't laugh, at least it's something).
