Hi guys I have a 1985 F350 diesel I use for towing. I ran my truck with no oil
for about a block. I am now hearing a light knock when I rev. Hoping I did no
damage to the motor. If any body can help me? or should I look in to rebuilding
the motor. Hopping to hear from any body thank you.

How do you know it was a block? Did you see the pressure drop or is that where you happened to notice it?
You might need to start looking for a replacement engine. You might have seized/spun a rod or main bearing.
You can probably verify this by pulling the pan and removing each bearing cap one at a time but you might not like what you see.
If it's a spun bearing it will get worse and may seize the rod.....and then things will break.
I wouldn't drive it too far from home....
Regards,
Rick
