From what i can tell, in the front, its just a dually adapter, atleast its what it looks like, it looks like it has the same brakes, unit bearing etc, just an additional spacer for lack of better terms. So if you took them off, traded rear ends, youd be set. Now the hard part would be working out a price?
Are the fenders "flares" for the duallys just stuck on or do the bolt on as well? You may need to get some sort of normal flares to cover up any holes that might be there from the dually flares and take the patient time of unsticking the double sided sticky tape. I dont do body work myself, i like axles better. Youd have to make sure you have the same gear ratio as well, because the srws, usually came with 3.73s, and the duallys im not sure. Probably are more common to be 4.10s? Just something else to consider in your trade..... hope this helps
What is the difference between a early '99 and '00 rear end and front end 4x4?
I believe the difference in front, is a possible sway bar difference, but you might only need to take of the dually spacers and bolt on regular wheels. As far as the back, there shouldnt be any changes, except maybe stone shields over the calipers, on our early 99 it has them, and im not sure if our 01 has them, but i know my 02 does not. They are pretty flimsy anyways, the biggest difference is because yours is a dually, and the other is not, Duallys were Dana 80s? IIRC and the SRW trucks had a sterling rear.
It is 3.73 and I would be looking to trade beds as well. Then just paint the new bed to match. Much less head ache and no gay fender flares from bush wacker.
Sorry Kennedy, Ron and I have pretty much got some thing worked out.

I am not in a hurry, you are closer, and I am thinking that I will paint my truck black after it is said and done.
all u would need for the front is the dually adapters, to do the back the right way, just buy a dually axle, trade the junk yard your SRW axle and and they should give you a good price, watch the gear ratios if youve got 4wd
Kenny, visit wheeladapters.com, Fred Goeske is a great guy. I bought my 2 inch rear wheel spacers from him to fit my 305s. He will have the adapters you need.
