starter not dis-engaging?
my boss 98 EB expy is having an issue... this has happened twice now:
start truck. starts fine, but he says he can hear a "whirring" noise. (aka starter still spinnin.)
turns key to off and removes key. truck stays running and starter still turning.
can put truck in drive. and drive.. come to stop put key in/take key out. and eventually it stops...
anyone know of something like this? maybe the ignition switch is faulty?
