Truck dies

I jumped another truck and as soon as I disconnected the cables my truck died and now is hard to start and dies at low rpm. What did I do?

My truck is a 92 Ford F-150 302V8

Try disconecting neg cable for 10-15 min. Hopefully ecm will reset itself.

Hard to start and dies sounds like the oxy sensor to me. But do try clearing the ECM first
