There is a new 53 in the gallery. Dave Lee from QSC Engineering in MI. It has Tri-Power that pegs my Coolometer. He says it is a very rare 64 factory Mustang setup. I am pretty new to Fords and did not realize they did any Tri-Powers. I believe he told me he made the aircleaner but I could be mistaken. Does anyone know anything about these SB tripowers. Dave emailed me some better PICs last month. I think it is really neat.
In the time I've spent restoring and driving classic Mustangs I cannot say I've ever seen a factory installation. But they were available at any Ford parts counter when the car came out. I'm sure that's probably what it was as Ford didn't make the cars with factory tri power, but you could have just bought one at the counter.

If I had read the gallery description a little closer I would have seen what you state. It was available at the Ford dealer. Apparently they did not sell too many because they surely aren't common. I am glad it is somebody else that has to keep three carbs in sync but it is neat to look at.
