brake light problem
I have a 85 f-150.My brakes work fine.Infact maybey too good.When I apply my brakes I can come to a complete stop before my tail lights ever come on.They will come on if I push the pedal down further than needed but at any rate of speed this will either put you through the wilndsheld or lock em up.I put in a new stop light switch and this was no help. Any one have any ideas??

I have the same problem but not as severly as you. My lights come on about 1/4 of the way into the pedal(which is nice for scaring tailgaters
