These are pretty easy, not much in the way.
Remove the anti-freeze, fan/clutch assembly, belt and pulley. Remove the 6 bolts (I think) and pry it out or tap on the shaft to work it loose. It uses an o-ring instead of a gasket so sometimes they are kinda tight in the block.
