Changing light bulb?

Hello,
How does one go about changing the light bulb in the outside mirror? This is the light that comes on when you activate your alarm.

I'm sorry, thats what old people get when they try to do two things at once. Its a 2002 Explorer and it has the factory alarm. I think these may be considered courtesy lamps.

use a phillip screwdriver and change the bulb very easy task. Since my explorer is green my outside mirror bulbs are green looks cute
