Newbie needs help identifying truck

I just purchased a 60s model F100. I dont know really what the truck is but I have the "warranty" #.. I believe this is the vin but cant swear to it. --------------F10JD330071----- The truck appears to have been a Military or government vehicle of some sort, based on the drab green color and some numbering on the dash and tailgate. I would appreciate any help I can get Identifying my newest toy.. Tod
