Question

2002 diesel stalls while towing

I have a 2002 F350 that runs fine with no trailer on, but when I am towing, stopped with the brake applied (trailer brakes engaged) the engine stalls. I have replaced the brake control modual and ensured it is installed properly. Any Ideas?

I had the same thing happen.

Here's what I did: (not sure what fixed it)
VSS on rear end
Output shaft speed sensor on Tranny
