Error code P0401

Hello,
I have the code P0401, which is :EGR Flow Insufficient.
I think it is my DPF Sensor.
One ? is, how long is it okay to drive the vehicle with this code,it went on today?
Also ,is there a good online place to buy the part ,that might be better than getting it from a dealer?

Driving it with a bad DPFE usually won't cause any problems other than maybe a light surge at cruise speed.

I just went to the local parts store and bought a new DPFE. The only thing I have heard is to get the one that has a plastic body instead of the alum. like I took off of mine.
