Need some help
I have a new 2006 F350, and today I went to the toy store, I bought and installed a Bully Dog Tpower turner I have 270 miles on the truck. The owner of the Toy Store told me I should remove the cat-verter, said it would bost horse power and lower the EGT. Is he right.

It won't boost the HP to remove it but it will definitely help with the EGT's. I would wait a couple thousand miles before I hammered on it too hard though.....at least let the rings get seated before you blow the top end out.

I was always told break it in like you are going to drive it, that being said, I don't drive fast, and got over burning tires about 35 years ago, but when I want to pass, I want to get it done.
