Costco is a wholesale company like Sams Club. They negotiate a price with the local dealerships for vehicles. It is typically invoice + $100. Not alot of people know about it, so most dealerships don't mind doing it. All it costs you is the $50.00 membership fee to Costco. They then typically follow up on your vehicle purchase with a survey to ensure the dealership followed the terms of their deal with you.
go to Costco.com and they'll tell you the closest dealer
Ford called October "Truck Month" in my area and was offering $4500 cash rebate. I also got a $500 Military rebate. I don't know how willing you are to travel, but I know there is a Costco in Charleston South Carolina off the top of my head. Not exactly close, but worth a drive if it saved thousands IMO

You must have gotten an 06 model year but you did not say.. That explains the big rebate cause they were offering the same for 06 models here. That is why I hope the timing is right with mine cause I believe they are going to raise the incentives for 07's even further. There was not much of choice here for 06's so I ordered the 07. Lots of guys around here have been getting great deals on the 06 model years. I am glad to see you did so well..
