MAF conversion
I don't know if this has been addressed before, but why can't I use a ECM & MAFS from a 94-95 F150 w/ a 5.0L E4OD, add injector wires, and then move wires around on the ECM connector?

The newer (I don't know your year) 94 up ecm has a different plug and won't work with older harness. So have to figure out what pin or wire is what. I have done it but is easier to swap harness that gose with ecm and change cab plug and wire to work for you. But if you get ,air box, maf ,ecm and a good electrical diagram. Add time and your good to go. good luck
