Testing mudulation in brake controller

You must have the wrong pin. If this is true, when you plug the connector to the trailer the magnets would be fully energized and the wheels would lock. If you start moving the manual slide the controller will start off at lower voltage and increase voltage the further you slide it. Maybe you have a short in the plug, but I'm guessing your setup used to work?????

Q.) What are the functions of the four wires?
· Black is the Battery Power
· White is the Ground
· Red is the Signal from the Brake Light Switch

Depending On which controller he has 12 volts at the blue wire is normal on the voyager, but others a different voltage is normal, when no trailer is connected. If there is 12 volts at the blue wire when the trailer is connected then there is a different problem.

If all else fails they have tech support with a 800 number. Tech Support at 888-785-5832
