93 ranger 5 speed interchange
I have a 93 Ranger with a 5 speed but 5th gear is out. What other years/models have this same transmission? It is a 4x4 with a 4.0. Also, will the transfer case interchange. I would like to change them as one unit. Thanks

if your just looking to fix it, Not long ago I had the same problem no 5th. I bought a fifth/reverse update kit (dose not come with the fifth gear itself) and a new fifth gear and not counting the time to pull trans out of my truck and put it back afterwards only took about 1/2 hour to fix. I bought it from Rockland Gear for about $250 if I remember correctly.
