I think the drip rail is actually a lip on the roof piece. I don't think you can buy it.. your only option would be to try and form a filler piece and weld it in... or remove the rest...(not an easy option. ) this is where the roof mounts to the cab...

Dave,
Your drip rail is part of your roof,I just repaired mine on my 56 f100. If you have a MIG welder it is easy to repair, just takes some time to cut & grind back into shape.I've done body work for 20years. If you havn't done it yet and need help drop me a line, I can give you some tips.
