OBD II scanner

What scanner is everyone useing? I have an 03 EB Expy and want to get one. My budget is about $120. I'd like to read all codes as well as get descriptions. I was looking at one from Actron are they any good? Any advice would be appreciated

For $120 you'll get a minimally usable scan tool that may or may not pull manufacturer-specific codes (an important consideration).

I picked up a Diablo tuner w/ built in code reader. It was a good compromise, giving me some tuning abilities, code reader, and real time monitor of all ECM functions.
