If a truck ('02) has the 40-20-40 split front seat with the large flip down console, can the center section be removed and the OEM console be inserted. I know that the 2 buckets have center flip down armrests, can they then be added. Other makes have the threaded spot you can add the armrest. Any insight appreciated.

 

Can't give you a for sure answer, but looking at the split bench seats, I think you would need to fabricate a mount for the passenger side seat and console to attach to. Right now, that passenger side seat and console are one unit.
