amp overheating?

I am going to put some door speakers in my 04 f150 ext cab and was wondering if a JL e6540 6 channel amp would fit behind the backseat? I thought about putting it under the backseat, but the amp is very long and I am probably going to add a sub in the future so I would like to keep that space open. Would the amp overheat since there wont be much (if any) ventilation?
I know it will be difficult to adjust anything once I put the back seat up, but I am willing to live with the inconvenience, as long as it won't overheat.

Oh, by the way, I will be running 4 JL Audio XR 5x7's in the doors and in the future, probably an 8"sub or a lower watt 10" sub.
Thanks in advance

A class A/b amp needs some air. Class D will run in an enclosed environment, but it will get hot to the touch. If you mount so the amp case is in contact with the metal bulk head it will help dissapate some heat.
