The front cab mounts are same same. The rear cab mounts are different. What I've done (and I've done this three times ) I mount the cab on the frame line it up square and drill a 1/4 inch hole up from the bottom with a long bit. I have a 7/16 stud center drilled on a lathe for a guide but if you'er good you can drill it without the guide.Then I use a hole saw the same size as the stock hole in the cab to go through th first layer and the drill the next layer with a 7/16 if you use the right size hole saw you can use the extra plastic plugs form the other cab to blank the existing and new holes fill the old holes with silicon to keep water out
