Installed PML Tranny Pan
Installed a PML tranny fluid pan for my Torqushift when I changed the fluid and internal filter. Pan is cast aluminum and pretty stout construction. Man that SP stinks! Litertaure says the PML pan holds 4 extra quarts over the OEM pan. It took 23.5 quarts to fill the tranny so I guess I pumped out 2.5 quarts of new fluid after I put 14 in the PML pan. Just wanted to know if anyone else is using an extra capacity pan and seen any difference in tranny fluid temp from a non OEM tranny temp gauge? I have used extra capacity pans in the past and have seen some drop in tranny fluid temps.
