starter problem
my 1997 f250 351 4x4 is giving me problems. the starter is just clicking. it wont turn the engine over. had the starter checked and it is still good. also the battery is fully charged. i cleaned all the contacts and all were good.... so i am out of ideas... can any one help?

I had a similar problem. Turned out to be the battery cable. Check the voltage at the starter (bat) terminal. Then try to start it with the VOM still hooked up and read the voltage. Mine would drop down to 1 volt.
