Balancer Timing Marks
What is the offset in timing marks between 69-74 and 83?
I have an 83 Bronco. I replace the tired 351W with a remanufactured 69-74 long block from the mustang. My local ford dealership said the old balancer will work with the rebuilt motor but the timing marks would be off. I am trying to find out how to correctly set the timing. Any help? Thanks.
