air pump

93 f150 302 auto, does anyone know if the truck will pass an emissions test if the air pump is removed. just wondering. thanks for any input.

I doubt it. It pumps fresh air into the cat and heads. I would not try it

I doubt it also . Depends how tight your restrictions are. The cat does a lot of work in burning off the hcs that the engine puts out with help from the air pump.
