Did you replace them yourself? I am relatively handy...I replaced the transfer case shift motor....
I would really like to get that front end up even with the back end....

Yes, I changed them myself. A "piece of cake." You only need two wrenches. No need jack up the truck either. I did the fronts right from the outside of the front wheel in between the wheel well. The rears though I had to get under the truck.
You can get a fabtech kit pn fts4211 I think and a set of bilstiens all the way around. The fabtech is not that cheap, but you shouldn't need anything other than shocks when you do it. It retains stock tracking arm and pitman arm; with hand tools and jackstands you could do it in an afternoon.
