Here are a few pcitures of the 1969 302 im redoing, the whole insides have been redone, and now its all painted and kinda detailed. I have about $1500.00 in parts for it. Ill try and get all the upgrades I did for it sometime.
Here are a few photos of what it looked like yesterday. There are more things to put on still!!! tell me what you think!
Looks great, I'm going to rebuild and carb my 87 302 what kinda parts did you use in your rebuild, any forged parts or just regular cast. Different cam? I am going to go pretty much basic with my rebuild except for the cam and headers...I'm not going to be drag racing or anything...costs to much for me to build a motor like that I'm going for the same in cost too...about 1500.
You going with a 4bbl or 2bbl?? IF you are running a 4bbl, dont buy an edelcrap carb, get a new holley 600/vac sec, with factory set float height. It was the best carb Ive ever owned.
