It's been a while.....
Pull the floormat back and remove the access cover at the base of the column (where the column goes through the floor).
After disconnecting the turn signal switch wires and linkage, remove the steering wheel (spring, bearing race, bearing), remove the U clamp holding that secures the column to the dash and slide the column up off of the steering box shaft.
