Easiest suggestion I can offer, is to swap the doors out to ones with power windows. There are several kits out there, one that comes to mind keeps the stock regulators and adds a motor to the spine shaft.

That would be nice if he could get the doors in the same color. The regulator and the inner door panel would be a must. I am not sure if the wire harness has the power there, but that's not a big issue.
I had power windows added when I bought the truck (part of the deal). The installer used all aftermarket components. They don't look 'original', but they are less expensive and function just as well.
There are kits available for around $200. I'm doing the same thing. I wanted two options on my truck, 4.10 LS rears, and Air Conditioning. I'll add whatever else I want.
I had a 1992 Dakota with manual windows. I wanted that truck really bad because of some dealer added lights. So I bought it, then called around to some local scrap yards until I found a wrecked Dakota that had power windows. The yard sold me all the parts out of the doors and the wire harness for $40 if I removed the parts. I got a wiring diagram and proceeded to tear out what I needed and put them into my truck. It took about two hours to take everything out and another 4 hours to put it all in. When I was done, you couldn't tell they weren't factory installed and it only cost me the $40 plus my time.
