All of a sudden, I have no tail lights at all. No brakes, no turns. The front turns and the inside the cab indicators work, so I believe that means the fuse and flasher units are good. Since everything is out at once, I'm thinking there must be some part that directs everything to the back that fouled up? Any ideas out there on where to start?
Check the rear side marker lights, do they come on?
If not, check for a bad ground somewhere. The bed of the truck may have lost ground.
Check the frame rail wiring harness, and the rear tail light harness. Make sure they are still plugged in together. Make sure there is no damage to the harness such as snagged or cut wires etc..
And as always test your fuses, just because a fuse looks good, does not mean it is. Test them with a tester of some kind.
It could also be that your turn signal switch is defective. Mil1ion has a great turn signal switch trouble shoot guide.
Hope this helps.

look at the wire harness sounds like the harness got cut or pulled apart it runs down the left (drivers side) frame rail hooks up under the hood. Usually a square or rectangle plug.
trailer light slices are a great place to start get a hayne manual for your truck they have wiring prints in the back with all the colors ect.
