here is 6-7" ish front, and 4" rear on a '90 f250 diesel with 39.5" iroks
the front suspension is just a guess, the drop brackets we made were about 6-7" and we didnt change camber with adjustable bushings....so we got right around 6-7" of lift in the front. In the rear we took the 2" blocks out and made some 6" blocks, for a 4" lift.
