I have a guy who wants to trade straight up for my 79 Bronco with a 351M. He has a 79 full size F250 with a 460. Both the bodies are rough. Both are in sound condition and drivable. Both have had some miles put on them. Both are 4x4's. Is this a good trade???
As far as value goes - it's dependent upon their relative conditions, but they're probably pretty close.
Whether you want to do this trade is dependent upon if you need a truck more than you need a Bronco. I've got two Broncos (an 84 and a 92) and two F-350s (a 71 & a 01) and I use all four of them, for different purposes.
I have to admit, a 4X4 truck is very handy to have around
