About to order online some BFG's for the upcoming winter season. I have the King Ranch so the rim size is 18". I have decided on 285/65r18 and thats all good. However, no store around me , NH, has them in stock and the dealer said order them online. So i found this,http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/reviewOrder.do?zc=03032. My question is what do the last set of numbers mean, E1 125R, the full size is...LT285/65R-18/E1 125R
Without knowing what those numbers mean, will these tires still fit my truck.
If memory serves me right the E stands for 10 ply tires and the 125R has to do with a max speed rating and yes they should fit as the ply and speed rating don't do much to the actual tire

shdwlkr is right about the ply rating. The 125 is the load index, and the "R" is the speed rating, in this case, 106 mph, HD, Light Trucks.
