RPM Question
Way back I drove a 1965 VW Bus (1800 cc engine), and you NEVER wanted to lug the engine!
Now, with a '89 F250 (351, M5od, 4.10 rearend) what's a safe low end RPM to run the engine? How low can you go, and not harm the engine?

I don't know that you'll harm the engine at all with low rpms. If you run it too low, like below 800rpm(or whatever your idle speed is) you risk stalling it, but that's the only down side.
