Yes, they are cheap and available at any parts store. It slides up into the fitting to release the clips. Just be sure to releave the fuel pressure before you remove a line or gas will spray everywhere.

I was just under my truck, and there is hose running to either end of the filter not tubing. It looks like there is a U clip, half attached around the hose fitting and the other half locked on the filter. Would I still need a removal tool, or would they just pop off.
