I recently posteed about my 223 carb flooding. I put on a new regulator that it blew the seal out of. I'm thinking that when I put the fuel pump in it seemed to be wrong because it would not touch the fuel lobe. I ordered another fuel pump and the same one came. SO I welded a 1/4 plate on the fuel pump arm and it worked (to well). I'm going to try and gring it off to about 1/8 but if it doesn't work does someone have a supplier and a part number for the RIGHT fuel pump. I got the same fuel pump from autozone, NAPA, and carquest.

I've had great service from Joblot Auto - ask for James. On one occasion they did take a while to ship my steering worm gear due to a back order. Don't think it was their fault though - their supplier backed out on a promised delivery. Hope this helps you out.
