lunging problem

When I start out for work in the morning and head home for the day my truck started doing this little lunge thing for about the first 5-10 miles, kind of like a hesitation or something. It just started doing it about 3 days ago. It's been about mid 20's in the mornings and today when it did it after work it was about 50 out. I let the truck idle for about 15-20 min. in the morning and about 5 min. in the evening. Any ideas what to look for would be great.

Oh-yea I just had my #8 injector replaced about 1 month ago and directly after that it developed a slight tinging noise in the motor compartment that has been getting progresively worse.

First off, what kind of oil are you running, is it at proper level, and how long has it been since changed? If you haven't driven at least 100 miles since you had your injector replaced, i say you may have air in the high-pressure oil firing the injectors, causing a lunging problem. If you have low or old oil, the oil will aereate (foam), and cause drivability problems due to air in te oil.

I would suspect your TCC solenoid is sticking. Mine does it when it gets cold out. It waits till the last possible second to release the TC and it feels like it wants to run right through the light when I stop.
